Sleepless



I had a great weekend, relaxed and joyful had a little conversation with friends and a good memories, when I came to office I had my friend lets call her “Miss UK” (why ? well that's a looong story) she came to me with dark and puffy eyes and very stressed I asked her if she was busy or had to hit office directly after a party, she replied that she could hardly get sleep as its so HOOOOT and trust me it is !!!!!


Another victim was “Pup” he was looking super stressed and just irritated he was suffering from insomniac as well, since Friday, and trust me its not as easy as it sounds its the worse that can happen to you, and getting over it is really tough


Reasons :



  • Nightshifts
  • Stress (work and emotional)
  • Climate change
  • Extreme (humid, hot, cold) situations
  • Dehydration
  • Leaving of a long habit suddenly

The water splash will help you get over it


Its super hot and the temperature hits around 40 degrees Celsius in day time so guys get something to chill you and I literally mean that, get an AC or a good Air Cooler as soon as possible, there are lot of variations available in market.


Take a cold water shower before going to sleep, wash you hair and body with a soothing soap something gel based & which kills bacteria cause the temperature is best for bacteria to survive on your skin


Keep yourself hydrated with loads of water and juices, yea that will work because water makes you sweat and keeps body moisturized


Pamper your self with some cool face packs which contain cucumber, apply head oil which is thanda thanda, with all the ayurvedic benefits and try foot massage this will relax you


Do not take too much stress leave office work at office play with your pet or kids to relax your self, indulge in an activity that interests you like drawing painting or cooking, this will de-stress you and move your concentration from something that's really disturbing you


Physical activity does make you tired and sleepy, go to gym, cycling or just a run around the town, this will relax you and your muscles and help you get some sleep and stay healthy
